Marilyn Kobb

Marilyn Kobb is a consultant who focuses on maximizing organizational achievement through strategically-aligned team and individual performance.  She helps people work together to create and meet shared goals and expectations, ensuring that a structure and environment are in place to support that achievement.

Marilyn is a seasoned facilitator with over twenty years of experience in TEAM FACILITATION, COACHING, and TRAINING. Her expertise in organization development is based on her leadership, consulting, and hands-on experience. She has held the following positions:

Marilyn often works with teams facing serious challenges, such as multi-cultural  joint-venture project teams...or senior management teams responsible for making breakthrough operational changes or blending member organizations of a strategic alliance or recent merger/acquisition.

Marilyn holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently a partner of The Kobb Team, a Houston-based performance consulting firm.
